Quality Inspections

Each room, area or item of equipment can be checked against a specific checklist.

Failures, non- conformities can be identified and selected from a pick list

                      

Fault Recording

When a fault is found, the inspector first selects the category and then chooses the fault from a drop down list. Up to 8 faults can be recorded by room or item of equipment or, if necessary, a single fault can be immediately sent via Wi-Fi to the host network.

PDAs make quality checks and fault recording a simple task. The only work involved is tapping the screen to enter the score or fault for ecah item. If the PDA has a camera, a digital photo can be taken and attached to the record.

Sign Off - After the inspection is complete, a sign off screen is available to enable the service user to sign their name and enter any notes.

PDAs configured to work with CheckMate 9 retain ALL the original features. Any Mobile Windows-based PDA can be used for CheckMate 9 and many have cell-phone, camera and  Wi-Fi capability that can be utilised to provide increased functionality
