Data Analysis
For those clients without the resources to continually collect, analyse and report on the performance or quality information collected through Business Performance systems, we offer a data analysis and reporting service.
This service is individually tailored to each client's precise needs but, typically, it would involve the client emailing to us the inspection or room data files from the PDA - either directly (if the unit has WLAN or GPRS capability) or via a local computer.
At Business Performance, the new data is appended to the client files which are held in backed up and secured locations.
At agreed times, usually weekly, the data is analysed by BP staff and the reports emailed to all on the client mailing list. We also look at the data from an operational viewpoint and highlight any aspects that may need attention.
