How We Work
Initially, we meet with you and agree the correct inspection criteria for each service type. The information is then stored in our computerised Audit system, from where we can prepare inspection formats for the small handheld computers (PDAs).
We then agree with you a schedule of visits – typically monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly at irregular times – so that a fair representation of service can be seen and audited.
A member of our audit team comes on site to carry out a number of random inspections. Quality and service levels are measured, and failures or non-compliance recorded on the PDA. We also capture images with the PDA’s built-in camera and these are included in the activity reports.
After each visit, a full report is sent to you showing the performance and quality by department or area. Over time we develop trend analyses and progress reports, plus action plans to address any major problem areas found.
The service provides a continual assessment of quality with timely identification of failures/non-compliances to ensure that the quality of service is maintained at the highest level.
The service is immediately up and running and, from the first visit, you get the benefits of a clear and detailed summary of quality and service levels, and overall contract performance. With this information, your regular review meetings with the service provider are focused and productive.
