By analysing the operation in detail, we develop - in concert with the client management team - a clear plan of action to identify these elements and rate them in terms of importance and opportunity.

For the major ones, a  series of targets and progress indicators is agreed and an action plan set up for each. Regular reviews and assessments ensure that improvements are maintained and consolidated.
