Evaluation of Tenders

Using the extensive experience in developing cleaning and maintenance specifications using our own Spectrum software, Business Performance is ideally placed to help in evaluating and costing the tenders for such contracts.

Using our "real world" unit times for cleaning tasks, normal periods and frequencies for these tasks, and the different room types in the contract, we can calculate the likely cost of the contract.

With this information, the client can review each tender. They can raise specific queries with the bidding companies to test their depth of understanding of client service standards, and explore their methodology in meeting the requirements.

Business Performance can either take part in the review meetings as part of the client team, or provide a series of points to be raised and answered.
