Quality Audits

All Business Performance staff are very experienced professionals with great knowledge of cleaning, catering and facilities management. We are unbiased and only interested in giving the client management team a clear and accurate report on the true status of their facility.

Audits can be carried out in a number of ways:

  1. As a single visit at the client's request. For example, as a pre-inspection before an official government audit.  
  2. As a sequence of unannounced visits at various times and dates.

In all cases, we give a concise report on the places visited, the overall quality and service standards seen, and a detailed analysis of the probelms found. We also highlight areas of good performance so these can be credited to the staff involved.

Where the audits are part of a planned sequence of visits, we also provide trend analyses by area and item to show if any standards are progressively changing.

All Audit reports finish with a list of suggested actions for the client management to consider as part of a pro-active programme of staff training and quality maintenance.
