Specification Writing and Costing

Using our own Spectrum system, we are able to create a fully featured cleaning specification for any type of building or service - quickly and very cost-effectively

 If required, we can measure all the rooms and work areas, define their usage and contents, assess their cleaning needs and build all this into the data set for printing and distribution to prospective contractors.

Additionally, we can then process this information within our Spectrum system - using appropriate unit time values for the work elements - to give a target cleaning time for every room. These combine to provide an overall target cleaning time for each floor, building and the whole contract.

By adding expected additional elements (such as supplies, equipment, transport etc.) we can estimate the likely price of the total contract, and we provide this data to the client as an important aid to assessing the incoming bids.
